Guthrie & Frey, Inc. not only picked up when I called but was at the house in about an hour. Fortunately for us, it was only the control panel and the water was back on quickly. They also tested the pump and found it still functioned well, so they did not recommend replacing it at this time. The service technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and explained all the parts and how it worked. Scheduling was fast and convenient. The woman I scheduled with was also very informative and gave tips on things to watch for. The replacement was made during the same visit and only took 2 hours. The service technician also pointed out additional plumbing work I should have serviced by a plumber. And, the bill was slightly less than the initial quote. Overall a great experience!”

“I have a well and suddenly one night the pump kept running and the water stopped flowing. I called and made an appointment with Guthrie & Frey, Inc. for the following day. I shut off the pump so as not to burn it out. A worker came and checked out the pump which was in working order, although old. He checked the well, which is quite shallow at 25 feet. I think I may have left a hose running on plants too long and so the well did not have time to re-charge. The fellow who came was courteous and did a very thorough job. He also tossed some chlorine tablets into my well for me which I very much appreciated.”
